You’ll receive a short Discovery Call to discuss your needs and wedding vision followed by a Details Meeting upon booking. This is where we’ll gather important details so our planner can get to know you better and ensure your day is specifically tailored to your unique style.

After you’re booked, we’ll dive into your wedding details. We’ll meet to gather all your ideas and start crafting a personalized plan that reflects your unique love story. From vendor recommendations to design concepts, everything is covered!

STEP THREE

On your wedding day, relax and let me handle the details. We’ll manage the timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and troubleshoot any issues that come up, ensuring your day goes smoothly and stress-free. You’ll be free to enjoy every magical moment!

Partial Wedding Planning

This package is for couples who have started planning but need help with some of the details and execution. It includes everything from the Day-of Coordination package, plus:

  • Assistance with invitations and favors

  • Help with creating a wedding timeline

  • 1-2 additional meetings to refine plans

Complete Wedding Planning

This package is for couples who want full-service planning and want everything taken care of from start to finish. It includes everything from Partial Wedding Planning, plus:

  • Full vendor sourcing and contract management

  • Custom design and decor planning

  • Detailed timeline creation and management

  • Venue site visits and floorplan creation

  • Assistance with creating the guest list and handling RSVPs

  • Budget management and negotiation on behalf of the couple

The A’s to your Q’s

  • To secure your wedding date, a 25% deposit is required upon signing the contract. 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. The final balance is due on the day of the wedding.

    This payment structure helps make the planning process manageable and ensures everything is taken care of before your big day

  • Don’t worry — that’s what I’m here for! I’ll handle any issues that arise on the day of your wedding, from last-minute vendor questions to unforeseen glitches. My goal is for you to enjoy your day without stress, so I’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

  • What sets me apart is my personal commitment to each couple. I truly believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding, regardless of their budget, and I work hard to make sure your day is uniquely yours.

    I’m not just here to manage logistics (although I do that too) — I’m here to bring your vision to life with creativity, authenticity, and a personalized touch.

    My approach is hands-on and tailored to your needs, ensuring that every detail feels just right for you and your guests.

  • I recommend reaching out at least 6-9 months before your wedding date. This gives us plenty of time to make sure every detail is planned and executed perfectly.

    However, I can work with couples who are closer to their wedding date as long as I’m available — we’ll make it work!

  • My design services include conceptualizing your wedding’s aesthetic — from decor and color palettes to custom signage and invitations. I’ll help you bring your vision to life while staying within your budget, ensuring that every element of your wedding complements your unique style.

  • I’ll work with you to establish a clear budget from the start, prioritizing what’s most important to you.

    Throughout the planning process, I’ll help you stay on track by recommending affordable options and negotiating with vendors where possible, ensuring your wedding is both beautiful and budget-friendly
